Do you take a cut of each booking?
At launch, BeFresha does not charge a marketplace commission on bookings. You pay the SaaS plan; optional card payments use your gateway, whose fees are separate.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
Sign-up supports MYR, IDR, and THB so pricing matches how you trade locally. Marketplace coverage grows by supported countries — switch country from the header when available.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can run a spreadsheet and Instagram, you can run the setup wizard — we keep fields short and defaults sensible.
Can I only take bookings from existing clients?
Yes. Publish your private booking link without listing on the marketplace. Turn discovery on later when you want new walk-ins from search.
When can we pay online through BeFresha?
Online payments unlock on Growth and above, wired to your payment provider. Starter stays acquirer-light so solo studios can move fast.
